In which Mark fulfils a New Year’s resolution from about 2009.

Hello. If anybody is bothering to still check then you may notice that Deed The Inky is now back! Unfortunately there were no updates because the site was blocked by the US Republican Congress until the top 2% of the country got a tax break. Luckily the Democrats caved as they are invariably wont to do, so now I am free to resume underwhelming you with poorly drawn representations of things that you probably don’t care about.
Anyway, my New Year’s resolution for this year is to update Deed The Inky every Monday, Wednesday and Friday for at least an entire year. We’ll see how that pans out but for now it’s at 100% success. As always I make no guarantee of quality, relevance or coherence but maybe you’ll get lucky at some point. You’ve all been very patient so far.
This cartoon is pretty self-explanatory. I promised my friend Aileen that I’d put her in a cartoon a loooooong time ago, and then could never find a satisfactory way to do it. And then, one day, it finally occurred to me to stop trying and just draw some nonsense with a helicopter crocodile. It is probably better this way. Enjoy!
