Real thing that PCs used to do. Sometimes the smart people tend to overlook the simplest things when they build their stuff.
I think the idea behind this was mostly from those insane pharmaceutical adverts that they show in America, especially when they list the side effects. “Cures 75% of acid reflux – fast! Side effects may include nausea, vomiting, intestinal bleeding and, in rare cases, strokes. Speak to your doctor if you have an erection lasting longer than 5 hours.” Those things.
This was from around the time he became governor I think, and prepared in anticipation for the epic failure I was sure he would become. Didn’t turn out to be as bad as I thought, but whatever.

At the time of this cartoon it was about as much as the biggest available iPod. Now it’s about as much as a large memory card in a digital camera. FUN FACT: Scientists estimate that the real capacity of the human brain could be as much as 1000 terabytes. If that is the case then Keanu Reeves is operating at 0.008% of the capacity of a normal person. Or 80% of the two-year-old laptop I wrote this on. WOAH.
