Most of the rest of these comics for this year were just drawn on one huge sheet of paper. they are pretty much just all from the same random-ass stream of consciousness drawing session. Which is why they don’t make sense.

And thus began a long period of drawing comics on pen and paper, then scanning them in and colouring on the computer. This one is not very funny, but whatever.
This is, of course, in reference to Kanye Wests infamous “George Bush doesn’t care about Black People” comment. Man, I was really bad for not putting things in context back in the day.
Real thing that PCs used to do. Sometimes the smart people tend to overlook the simplest things when they build their stuff.
I think the idea behind this was mostly from those insane pharmaceutical adverts that they show in America, especially when they list the side effects. “Cures 75% of acid reflux – fast! Side effects may include nausea, vomiting, intestinal bleeding and, in rare cases, strokes. Speak to your doctor if you have an erection lasting longer than 5 hours.” Those things.
This was from around the time he became governor I think, and prepared in anticipation for the epic failure I was sure he would become. Didn’t turn out to be as bad as I thought, but whatever.
